Account information: name, email address, country, password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
Payment information: payment is processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your card details.
Coaching conversations: conversations with Ask Roheena are stored to prepare your coaching plan. These are accessible only to you and to credentialed practitioners under a duty of confidentiality.
Usage data: we collect basic analytics (pages visited, content accessed) to improve the platform. We do not use advertising trackers.
We use your information to: provide and improve the platform; prepare and deliver your coaching plan; process payments; send you account and membership communications; and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.
Coaching conversations may contain sensitive personal information — including information about your relationships, mental health, and family circumstances. We treat this information with the utmost care. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only to you and to credentialed practitioners, and never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
When you use Ask Roheena, your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses and draft coaching plans. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We do not permit Anthropic to use your conversations to train its models.
We share information only with: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and Cal.com (booking). All are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your information with any other third parties without your consent.
We retain your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. financial records for 7 years under Australian law).
Depending on your country, you may have rights to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; and object to or restrict certain processing.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data may be processed in the United States (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe) and other countries. Where we transfer data outside Australia, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We use row-level security, encrypted connections (TLS), and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect.
