Roheena is an online coaching and education platform operated by Nawras Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") on behalf of Dr. Roheena Tahir, PhD. We provide self-guided content, AI-assisted coaching guidance, and access to 1:1 sessions with Roheena.
Coaching and education only. Everything on this platform — including videos, PDF guides, courses, AI conversations, and coaching plans — is provided for educational and coaching purposes. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
We do not diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health condition or medical condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. See our Crisis Support page.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with another person.
Memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in US dollars (USD). One-to-one sessions are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices vary by region — the price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access until that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

Ask Roheena is an AI guide trained on Roheena's coaching methodology. Conversations with Ask Roheena are used to prepare a draft coaching plan, which is reviewed and approved by Roheena before being shared with you. The AI does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or crisis counselling.
Ask Roheena includes automated crisis detection. If a crisis signal is detected, the conversation stops, you are directed to emergency resources, and a member of the team is notified.
All content on this platform — videos, PDFs, courses, text, and AI outputs — is the intellectual property of Roheena and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission. Content is licensed for your personal use only.
You agree not to misuse this platform, including by attempting to reverse-engineer our AI systems, sharing account credentials, harvesting content, or using the platform in any way that could harm other members or the platform itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
